Beneficiaries of the
Dallatu Extra morale Programme have been urged to give their maximum
cooperation for the success of the programme.
The coordinator of the
programme Mallam Sama’ila Gwamna made the appeal in the opening ceremony of the
programme held at Kirfi/Cheledi central primary school.
Sama’ila Gwamna said, the programme is aimed at
assisting Kirfi local government indigene who did not possess the required
number of credit to secure admission into high institution to further their
education.
The coordinator said
successful candidates will be registered foe NECO examination as well as JAMB.

Sama’ila said, the
programme is design to improve on the standard of education in the local
government by assisting youths that are determine to further their education.
He said the Hon. Member
deemed it necessary to bring an aid into the education sector as a result of
mass failure recorded in both WEAC and NECO by candidates from the local
government.
The coordinator called
on the beneficiaries to complement the effort of the member representing Kirfi
local government in the state house of assembly, Hon Abdulkadir Umar Dewu as
the member is determined to pay the registration fees for NECO to candidates
who are morally sound and willing to further their education.
He said, the Hon member
will also pay the JAMB registration fee for candidates that successfully pass
their examinations.
The coordinator assured
the beneficiaries that the committee will impose justice in selecting best
candidates that successfully pass their examinations at the end of the five
months programme for the award of the scholarship.
He said, lots of
strategies have been put in place for the success of the programme.
He therefore urged the
beneficiaries to complement the effort of the member representing Kirfi Local
government in the state house of assembly, for the development of education in
the area.
Contributing, a
facilitator of the programme, Bala Muhammad Cheledi, appealed to the
beneficiaries to use the opportunity given to them wisely to achieve their
future ambitions.

Bala Muhammad also
appealed to other facilitators to give their best by discharging their duties
as designed for the success of the programme.
Commenting, one of the
beneficiaries of the programme, Yusuf Abubakar Badara thanked the Hon member
for the gesture saying “this will enable them further their education”.
Yusuf Abubakar appealed
to his colleagues to give their maximum cooperation for the success of the
programme in the local government.
