Parents
in Kirfi Local Government has been urged to give their children
qualitative education irrespective of gender differences for the development of
the society.
The
chairman center Based Management Committee (CBMC), Kirfi Local Government Alhaji Ahmad
Suleiman Cheledi, made the call while distributing learning materials donated
by Northern Education Initiative (NEI) to students of the girl child education center
in Kirfi.

Alhaji
Ahmad Suleiman said, education is the bedrock, for any meaningful development in any given society.
He
said, both western and religious knowledge is what will determine the success of
an individual in this world and in the hereafter.

Suleiman said, education is the only legacy a parents will impart to their
children irrespective of gender affiliation for the development of the society.
Contributing, the in-charge of the girl child
education center Kirfi, Hajiya Maryam Ado, expresses her appreciation to the
Northern Education Initiative for assisting the center with basic learning
materials needed for the development of education in the area.

Maryam Ado said, the Northern Education Initiative has donated materials for
the development of girl child education in Kirfi Local Government.

She
urged parents to enroll their girl child to school for the development of the
society and the local government at large.
Hajiya
Maryam therefore appealed to the Local Government authority to help in
renovating the women center so as to provide a conducive environment for
learning.
Also
contributing, one of the facilitator and FOMWAN Amirah , Hajiya Sabuwa Inuwa
called on parents to educate their children irrespective of gender difference.

Sabuwa said, Allah has made quest for knowledge compulsory on every muslim.
She
therefore called on parent to give their children qualitative education, as
education move hand in hand with development.
Commenting,
the community coalition Chairman Kirfi Local Government, Malam Abdullahi Hassan
who supervised the distribution of the materials, thanked the Northern
Education Initiative for the gesture.
Abdullahi
Hassan said, such assistance to the students will encourage them to the attending closes.
The
Chairman Community coalition also commended the management of the girl child
education center for a job well done.

One
of the beneficiaries, Habiba Saleh thanked the Northern Education initiative
for the gesture.
