Members of the Miyetti Allah Cattle
Rearers association in Kirfi Local Government have been call-Upon to support
government programmes and Policies to assist in bringing positive development
in the area.

The chairman, Miyetti Allah Cattler
Rearers Association of Nigeria Kirfi Local Government Chapter, Jauro Kadiri
(Sarkin Tumburwo) made the appeal while addressing members of the
association in a yearly meeting of the
association held at Kirfi/Cheledi Central Primary School.
Jauro Kadiri said, Fulani are known
for their co-operation and peaceful co-existence with their neighbors hence
urging them to continue with the attitude.
Contributing, Alhaji Maikudi Usman
(Jarman Cheledi) a trustee of the Association, urge government at various
levels to allocate Lands to members of the association to be used as a grazing
land as well as build Dam.
Alhaji Maikudi Jarmai also urged the
members to enrol their school—aged children in schools as ordered by Sheikh
Usman Bin Fodio.
The Trustee advised the leadership of
the association to form a disciplinary and enlightenment committee on Education
to ensure the attainment of the association objectives.
A member of the association, Yayaji
Kuncekuwa, urges the members of the association to join hands and speak with
one voice.Kuncekura said, members of Miyatti
Allah, Samairu and Huldat should work collaboratively as they all have single
purpose.
Earlier, the secretary of the
association, Honourable Manu Abubakar Ginja said the purpose of the meeting is
to discuss burning issues that needs urgent intervention.
Honorable Manu Ginja said, because of
enlightenment campaigns embarked upon by the leadership of the association,
peace is sustained in the Local Government.
He listed some of their achievements
in the outgoing year 2013 to include:-

Market.
1. Enlightenment campaigns on importance
of Education and immunization among others.
He therefore commended Kirfi Local
Government Council in its efforts to promote peace farmers and Cattle Rearers.
