NEWS: Education



DALLATU
Education has been described as the bedrock for any nation’s meaningful development.
The member representing Kirfi Local Government in the state of assembly Hon. Abdulkadir Umar Dewu (Dallatun Dewu) made the remark while addressing Kirfi Local Government students association from College of Education Azare, who paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Bauchi.
Hon. Abdulkadir Umar Dewu said, the area of Education has been his priority since his inception in office.
He therefore appealed to youths in the area to seek for knowledge for the development of the area.
Hon. Abdulkadir Umar Dewu called on youths from the area who wishes to further their education in the College of Education Azare to submit their credentials to the chairman collation committee Kirfi local government Malam Abdullahi Hassan.
He promised to procure forms for any interested candidates as well as forfeit their registration fee.
The Hon. Member makes a contribution of N200, 000:00 to the students association.
Contributing, the chairman collation committee Kirfi local government, Malam Abdullahi Hassan, thanked the Hon. Member for the gesture.
Malam Abdullahi Hassan said, the Hon. Member has contributed immensely for the development of education as well as youths empowerment in the area. 
 He prayed to Allahu (SWA) to continue to guide and protect the Hon. Member in his feature endeavour. 
Also contributing, the secretary of the collation committee Kirfi Local Government, Katukan Bara thanked the Hon. Member for rendering assistance towards developing education in the Local Government.
In his remark, the president of the association thanked the Hon. Member for rendering assistance to Kirfi Local Government indigenes studying in college of Education Azare.         
He also thanked the Hon. Member representing Kirfi Local Government in the state house of Assembly Hon. Abdulkadir Umar Dewu for sponsoring students from different part of the Local Government to further their education.
