NEWS: NINGI

The Bauchi state government has been applauded for its commitment towards the development of the health sector across  the state.

The state chairman traditional herbalists Association of Nigeria, Dr. Nuhu waziri, made the commendations during the inauguration of the Association officials for the Bauchi central zone at Manu Memorial Primary School Ningi.  

Dr.Nuhu waziri said, through the effort of the present administration in the state, all traditional herbalists were given proper recognition by working hand in hand with  the state Ministry of Health, pointing out that Bauchi state was the  only state that gives  such opportunity to  traditional herbalists in the country. 

He called on Primary Health Care Departments in the Bauchi central zone to provide offices for their officials and urged members of the association in the state to support the government in its effort to provide quality health care to the people of the state.

 In his remark, the Chairman of the association, Bauchi central,  Dr. Shuiabu usman, called on the members to fear Allah while discharging their duties and urged them to carry everybody along, adding that he would run an open door policy. 

The host Chairman of the association, Ningi Local Government branch, Dr.Ali Hamza, expressed his appreciation for selecting Ningi local government to host the event, and reiterated  their commitment toward improving on their profession. 

Those inaugurated include,  Dr. Shuiabu Usman as chairman, Yusuf Kawu Kafi, Secretary and  Yusuf Bello, chairman local production,

Others include, Dr.Amina Anthony, Secretary Women and Dr.Usain Adamu Kafi who was elected as Director of Research.
