NUT

An advisory and reconciliatory committee has been inaugurated by the state chapter of the Nigeria Union of Teachers Bauchi.

Inaugurating the committee at the teacher’s house Bauchi, the National Vice Chairman of NUT Comrade Hussaini Zakari Tilde charged the members of the committee to work tirelessly towards restoring the lost glory of the union.

Hussaini Zakari Tilde urges the committee to advise the leadership of the state NUT on areas that need intervention for the development of education and teaching as profession.

Responding, the committee chairman, Alhaji Ahmed Kasim, assured the state NUT chairman , that they will do everything possible to achieve the aim of setting-up the committee.

 

Alhaji Kasimu urges the members of the committee to work helpfully to ensure the success of their assigned duties. 

One of the committee member, comrade Danjuma Musa Kirfi thanked the state NUT chairman and his subordinates for given them the mandate to serve the union.

Comrade Danjuma Musa said, they will design modalities that will move the Union forward irrespective of their differences.

Earlier, The Bauchi State NUT Chairman Comrade Danjuma Saleh said, the committee is inaugurated to restore the lost glory of NUT.
 

Comrade Danjuma Saleh, said the committee constitutes people with vast experience, who came from different angles of the state.

The state NUT chairman urges the committee to design a blueprint that will move the Union forward.

Comrade Danjuma Saleh also advised the committee to relate with other Unions to gain experience that will enhance their activities.
