SEND FORTH
Volunteers of BRC FM, Kirfi have been advised to be
cautious and dedicated to their duties to ensure objective journalism.
The manager, BRC FM Kifi Alhaji Surajo Ma’aji gave the
advice during the send forth Walimah organized in honor of two of its outgoing
staff.
Alh. Suarajo Ma’aji said, the outgoing staff has shown
integrity and professionalism while discharging their duties hence the
management of the radio station decided to honor them.
He said the staff has contributed immensely to the
development of the station.
The manager said, one of the outgoing staff, Bala Babankawu
is going because he is elevated to the rank of Manager at BRC Gamjuwa, while
Muhammad Hussein is a Batch “A” corps member who will pass out in early
February, 2014.
He said, Bala Babankawu has made the news and current
affairs department of the station lively through his hard work and has trained
volunteers of the department in news writing as well reporting and casting.
He said, Muhammad Hussein has contributed in designing a
website for the station which made the station to be known not only in Bauchi
state but worldwide and served in different department of the station.
The manager therefore urged Kirfi local government council
to retain the hardworking corps member by employing him and post him to the
state to serve as an example to others.
The manager, BRC FM Alkaleri Malam Ibrahim Mohammad
Makwalla, commended the management of BRC FM Kirfi for organizing the ceremony.
Ibrahim Makwalla urged volunteers and permanent staff to
work collaboratively to move the Ten BRC sub-station forward.
Contributing, the District head of Badara who is
represented by the village head of Badara Alh. Usman Aliyu commended BRC FM,
Kirfi for its educating, enlightening and entertaining programmes.

Alh. Usman Aliyu said, organizing the send forth walimah,
will served as motivation to the outgoing staff as well as the remaining staff.
He commended the National Youth Service Commission for
posting the hard working corps member to serve in Kirfi local government.
He therefore urged
the local government council and management of Bauchi Radio Corporation to
complement the effort of the corps member by rewarding him with permanent
appointment.
Alh. Aliyu Zanga
urged residents of Kirfi local government to keep listening to the interesting
programmes of the radio station to ensure its sustenance and advice the
management where necessary.
He expresses his council determination to see on how to
reward Muhammad Hussein for the Job well done to Kirfi local government.
In their remarks the outgoing staff, Bala Babankawu and
Muhammad Hussein respectively, thanked the management of BRC FM, Kirfi and the
entire staff as well as residents of Kirfi local government for the kind
cooperation given to them throughout their stay in the station.
They thanked Allahu (S.W.A) for guiding and protecting them
in discharging their duties, which is
been commended today.
